All reservations for Host & Guest are made through the exchange of Tourist Credits.
Guests book reservations using Tourist Credits available in the Guest’s profile.
Guests can purchase surplus Tourist Credits as needed to book accommodation on CurioCity.travel, at the cost of 1€ per credit (1 credit = 1€). Credits will be deducted from the Guest’s account from the moment of the reservation; and will be returned immediately in the case of valid cancellation within 24 hours of check-in or if the reservation is not confirmed.

Hosts receive Tourist Credits equal to the credits exchanged for their accommodation. The Tourist Credits will be made available on the Host’s profile page 7 days after the Guest’s check-out.
Guests have 7 days to make a complaint in the case of extraordinary inconveniences.
