The Head of a Young Girl (aka The Scapigliata) is a painted umber, amber greened and white lead on the table (24,7×21 cm) by Leonardo da Vinci, dated to 1508 and preserved in the National Gallery of Parma.

the ZTL works from 7.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and from 7.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on Saturday.
It works differently in summer so I suggest you to check it on the Town Hall official web site.
