Ciao Gabriele, se passi da Grosseto devi assolutamente assaggiare i tortelli maremmani, ovvero tortelli quadrati ripieni di ricotta e spinaci. In genere vengono conditi con ragù, sugo di cinghiale o burro e salvia. Se invece passi dalle parti di Siena, fermati a mangiare dei pici, ovvero pasta fatta a mano (tipo spaghetti ma più larghi).
