Hi Alexandre,
the ZTL works from 7.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and from 7.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on Saturday.
It works differently in summer so I suggest you to check it on the Town Hall official web site.
