Key West Heritage House Museum

The Key West Heritage House Museum and Robert Frost Cottage, also known as the Jessie Porter’s Heritage House Museum and Robert Frost Cottage, is a museum located at 410 Caroline Street, Key West, Florida.The museum contains six generations of grand furnishings and Key West artifacts. The Heritage House was the gathering place for some of the island’s most famous celebrities, such as Robert Frost, Tennessee Williams, Thornton Wilder, Gloria Swanson and Sally Rand. It represents over 200 years of Key West culture through the lives of the Porters, a notable Key West family who have lived on the island for seven generations.The Robert Frost Cottage in the garden is where the famous poet spent sixteen winters.
